What a wonderful experience with Santa. We were a bit worried because our kids were a bit older but Santa was great and funny.
My 2 year old threw an absolute tantrum of all tantrums right before we walked in with Santa, the staff and the Santa knew exactly what to do and she was smiling and happy before I knew it. Incredibly professional and very patient, understanding and kind. I will definitely be going back next year. The photos turned out amazing.

Monday, Dec 16, 2024, 7:55pm. Melissa and Britny extended a warm welcome to us, providing clear guidance on the quick and easy process. As the doors opened, Sarah, Jazmine, and Santa greeted us, addressing our kids by name. The visit was remarkably sweet and personalized. We were impressed by the staff's patience and understanding in interacting with our little ones, as well as their seamless communication amongst themselves. We highly recommend the experience.

We have been coming here since 2016 with my first born and every year after that for pictures with Santa! Such a beautiful memory having these pictures up during Christmas. I hope they never get too old for this tradition, I plan on doing it until they are at least 15 years old LOL! A tradition I hope they carry with their children one day. They take so many pics to and provide the full album too! They included my husband and I in some and they are too cute!

After attempting to contact customer service via phone and being unable to reach anyone, I decided to send a message through Facebook. I was impressed by the immediate response I received and the team's willingness to accommodate our needs. The service provided was outstanding, fast, professional, and phenomenal. We were warmly greeted by the staff, photographer, and Santa, who all displayed a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
