My kids have been coming to take Santa pictures with Holiday Magic Studios for the past 8 years. Every single year, we have had such a great experience. We have never left disappointed. Santa and the staff always go above for this magical experience. I have twin boys that have autism and sometimes need a little more help and the staff has always been so patient and attentive to them. This really is the only place I will ever come to for Santa pictures. Online booking makes it super easy to get a spot and the prices are definitely reasonable and worth every penny. If you aren't coming here, you're definitely missing out.

This was our first year coming to Holiday Magic Studios and I’m so glad we did. We drove over an hour to get here because of the reviews, word of mouth recommendations and the experience was everything I hoped for. From the beginning I felt so welcomed and like a valued family. The staff is so attentive at keeping you informed of the process and the wait time if there is any. The interactive video for the kids is such a nice touch that we all enjoyed. Can’t say enough amazing things about the photography staff. They worked well with my children and I appreciated them calling them by their names so they were more attentive and ready for each pose and picture. Them including me was something I wasn’t expecting but was beyond grateful they did. It left me with an amazing picture and memory with my babies. I love the endless pictures I get to look through, choose and download. Having that selection and being able to look through each picture is an amazing experience on its own. Very grateful for the amazing staff and the experience. I would highly recommend this experience for your families.

From check-in - to leaving it’s an all around great experience. This is our fourth year and I make sure to book an appointment as soon as they open slots. They do their very best to get the young ones smiling. They pay attention to detail in the decorations and the people. My family and I love Holiday Magic Studios! We have been going for the past 6 years. Appointments are booked online so I can pick any time and date that is convenient for my family and I. One year I had to reschedule my appointment due to my kids being sick. Holiday Magic Studio was very understanding and allowed me to choose another available date. I always book as soon as date and times are available as this is a popular spot and availability does run out. They have different photo print packages along with a digital print package, which I prefer. The day before the photo appointment, a text is sent to remind me of my appointment . Make sure you get there on time or better yet 15 minutes early like they suggest. They are usually booked solid and may not have an opportunity to squeeze you in. So make sure to be on time as they do stick to their schedule. Once we arrive, we check in with employees. They have us wait for our appointment time outside Santa's workshop until it's our turn to see Santa. After a short wait, we head inside to get pictures with Santa without the prying eyes of bystanders. It's very intimate and Santa is always cheerful. There are Santa's helpers to guide us and take our pictures. They allow my 2 kids to get individual photos with Santa and group photos with Santa. Then my husband and I join the kids and we get a family photo with Santa. Santa has always been the same Santa that friends have pointed out to me and I didn't even notice. That is such a nice touch Holiday Magic Studio tries to do. The session does go by fast, however I always have lots of different shots of my kids with Santa. With the digital print package, I receive all the shots taken during the session which is incredible. They do not just pick out 5 or 10 best shots but deliver all shots taken during the session. I hate the mall Santa as you can only pick 1 picture or 2 for an added price. My digital prints are available right after my session which is such a fast turn around. The digital prints are online on the Holiday Magic Studio website and can be downloaded on my phone or computer. The quality of the pictures are excellent. I can print 8x10 prints with no issues. I noticed that they still have all my pictures from the last 6 years in my account. I am shocked! If you are looking for pictures with Santa, you will not go wrong with Holiday Magic Studios. I love them! I can't say enough good things about them. Pictures are phenomenal and I have never encountered a rude employee. I recommend them to my friends and family all the time. My kids and I look forward to pictures with Santa at Holiday Magic Studios every year. My son always reminds me we have to see Santa so he knows what we want for Christmas. It has become a family tradition. Our only issue is deciding what we are going to wear to take pictures with Santa.

Holiday Magic Studios is a Magic experience for my kids, and it’s one of my favorite places to take Santa pictures too! You schedule an exact time to see Santa, and there is no waiting in a long line. Once you go inside it's a beautifully set up Santa workshop. Santa's helpers are so sweet with the kids and make sure to get such amazing pictures. Even when the session seems to be finished they are still taking pictures, which is great because it can take some time for kiddos to warm up to Santa. Your images are ready to download after you leave the session.

We started going here a few years ago because they are appointment based. Best thing ever. Who wants to wait around forever with your kids in their nice clothes so they get grumpy before they even get to see Santa? We switched places simply because we were sick of the wait. You also can’t beat their prices in my opinion. Covid didn’t allow us to see Santa in person last year, but I think their Christmas Magic was the next best thing. Looking forward to our next in-person Santa visit there.

We absolutely love Holiday Magic Studios! The magical experience really starts from the moment you check in. My daughter loves the way the trailer looks like Santa’s workshop and has all the animated screens playing. Once you walk in the welcoming photographers ask you who will be in the pictures and begin taking pictures right away. My favorite thing is you have unlimited poses. Some poses we stepped out and it was just my daughter and Santa. The photographers are very creative because they suggest poses for you to do, so you aren’t just standing there not sure what pose to do next. 5 mins seems like a little bit of time but in reality you get at least 30+ high quality photos with different poses. The photos are available within minutes if not seconds, which we love because you don’t have to wait a few weeks to see them. We have gone multiple years not only for Christmas photos but also for Easter. We definitely plan to continue taking our photos with Holiday Magic Studio!

Holiday Magic Studio's has been our preferred setting for holiday photos for over 10 years. It is so neat to see how the studio grows every year and the efforts they make to make this experience so special. It is so helpful that there is now an option to book appointments in advance instead of waiting in line. The Santa is always very welcoming and quick to go along with all our funny poses. One year, Santa, knowing we had a foster child, turned him around and marveled at him. That year, I was able to post all our children since his face was covered. We made an appointment for 6:10 which ended up being delayed for whatever reason although we were checked in by 6pm. Once we were finally inside, (about 6:20) we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We are also limited this year to “4” poses whereas prior years we always had enough time and captured several different poses. Last year, with at least 6-7 different poses, we were given 125 photos to review and this year it was 87. It just seems the quantity/quality and time spent is decreasing to make up time for others since they were behind to begin with.

This was our first experience with Holiday Magic Studios and it couldn't have gone better! Santa was very interactive with our daughter and made her feel comfortable. This is the first time she didn't cry! We had 60+ photos taken of our daughter alone and us as a family and we got to keep all of them. We also received our photos quickly, literally the same day. LOVE going here for our family Christmas photos! This is our 3rd year with them, and the experience is always the best. The privacy of being in Santa’s workshop really makes our boys enjoy everything. Santa is so friendly and great with the kids, and the staff are truly amazing. So friendly and helpful. Having your kids take photos with Santa can be a real pain, but this place was great. It was a pop-up location right in front of Edwards theater and they booked by appointment in 5-10min slots. Although a short amount of time, the staff is very professional, pose the kids, the parents, and the Santa looks great and is friendly. The background isn't just a screen, they set up a small toy shop with a bunch of toys as the background. While the toys can be distracting to your kids, the staff taking the photos were so far the only ones to both catch my kids' attention and get them to laugh/smile long enough to take the photos. I think we paid around $60 for a bunch of digital photos and we were very pleased with how they turned out. Will likely be using them going forward.

We have been taking pictures with Holiday Magic Studios / the River Park Santa since 2013. Our daughter was 19 months old and our son was a newborn. Since then, we have added two more kids to our clan and the magic never stops with Holiday Magic Studios! For the past three years, it has been a different Santa (who was just as great), but to our surprise when we took our pictures last night, my wife immediately noticed it was the original “River Park Santa.” Of course she cried and continued to cry pretty much throughout the entire session lol we can’t express how much fun and how sweet it is to take our Santa pictures with Holiday Magic Studios, year after year. We LOVE getting our Santa photos taken here. We have been visiting since my 14 year old’s first Christmas. The process is so easy, from making an appointment to your scheduled photo shoot. The backgrounds are always beautiful, the photographers are so good at getting little’s attentions, quick with the photos, and having all our photos in one place is incredibly convenient.
