My family and I encountered an unexpected delay, resulting in our arrival 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. After attempting to contact customer service via phone and being unable to reach anyone, I decided to send a message through Facebook. I was impressed by the immediate response I received and the team's willingness to accommodate our needs. The service provided was outstanding, fast, professional, and phenomenal. We were warmly greeted by the staff, photographer, and Santa, who all displayed a friendly and welcoming demeanor. I would highly recommend their Christmas photo services and look forward to utilizing their services again in the future.
The whole experience is wonderful from booking to event to photo delivery afterward. Santa is so interactive with the kids and they do a great job of trying to get smiles out of everyone. It's a very smooth and stress free experience.

We absolutely love Holiday Magic Studios! The magical experience really starts from the moment you check in. My daughter loves the way the trailer looks like Santa’s workshop and has all the animated screens playing. Once you walk in the welcoming photographers ask you who will be in the pictures and begin taking pictures right away. My favorite thing is you have unlimited poses. Some poses we stepped out and it was just my daughter and Santa. The photographers are very creative because they suggest poses for you to do, so you aren’t just standing there not sure what pose to do next. 5 mins seems like a little bit of time but in reality you get at least 30+ high quality photos with different poses. The photos are available within minutes if not seconds, which we love because you don’t have to wait a few weeks to see them. We have gone multiple years not only for Christmas photos but also for Easter. We definitely plan to continue taking our photos with Holiday Magic Studio!
