My family and I encountered an unexpected delay, resulting in our arrival 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. After attempting to contact customer service via phone and being unable to reach anyone, I decided to send a message through Facebook. I was impressed by the immediate response I received and the team's willingness to accommodate our needs. The service provided was outstanding, fast, professional, and phenomenal. We were warmly greeted by the staff, photographer, and Santa, who all displayed a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Every year since my daughter was born I have brought my daughter to have her photo taken with Santa at the Holiday Magic Studios in Riverpark. Every year it has been a magical experience that provides an amazing experience with Santa. Santa answers all her questions and really keeps the magic of Christmas alive and gives her an experience that she talks about months to even a year after; sharing with all her friends about meeting Santa & what happened during her visit. Santa's Elf helpers also make the experience wonderful helping to get her to laugh, smile and capturing wonderful photos every year, and I cannot wait to share my photos with friends and family. The way they also schedule appointments is great because the schedule allows each family to have quality time with Santa and allows time for his Elves to capture those amazing moments with Santa. I HIGHLY recommend Holiday Magic Studios for all your holiday photos, because you get a magical experience and best of all the best photos and deals you could ever ask for!

Holiday magic studios is the BEST for Santa photos! Getting to schedule an appointment and not wait in line is enough in itself to choose their studio. Their Santa is the best and the private photo session is the best part! My kids feel the magic being able to see Santa focus on just them for their pictures. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve had some amazing experiences with this company. Each time the customer service exceeds my expectations. As parents we want to be able to capture some of the best moments with our kids. Not only has this company given me some of the best memories to look back to, but the way they are with the kids just makes it a whole lot better! We receive our pictures within minutes after the sessions and we are always blown away by the quality and creativity. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants pictures they can cherish forever.
We absolutely love Holiday Magic Studios! The magical experience really starts from the moment you check in. My daughter loves the way the trailer looks like Santa’s workshop and has all the animated screens playing. Once you walk in the welcoming photographers ask you who will be in the pictures and begin taking pictures right away. My favorite thing is you have unlimited poses. Some poses we stepped out and it was just my daughter and Santa. The photographers are very creative because they suggest poses for you to do, so you aren’t just standing there not sure what pose to do next. 5 mins seems like a little bit of time but in reality you get at least 30+ high quality photos with different poses. The photos are available within minutes if not seconds, which we love because you don’t have to wait a few weeks to see them. We have gone multiple years not only for Christmas photos but also for Easter. We definitely plan to continue taking our photos with Holiday Magic Studio!
