I’ve been taking my girls for years. Love it!! Depending on package you purchase you can get instant digital downloads and within 2 days the printed photos are in your mailbox. It was quick and efficient. The girl elves did a fabulous job at keeping a two year old and two month old focused and smiling. Overall it was a great experience. Will do it again next year. You won’t regret it.
Having your kids take photos with Santa can be a real pain, but this place was great. It was a pop-up location right in front of Edwards theater and they booked by appointment in 5-10min slots. Although a short amount of time, the staff is very professional, pose the kids, the parents, and the Santa looks great and is friendly. The background isn't just a screen, they set up a small toy shop with a bunch of toys as the background. While the toys can be distracting to your kids, the staff taking the photos were so far the only ones to both catch my kids' attention and get them to laugh/smile long enough to take the photos. I think we paid around $60 for a bunch of digital photos and we were very pleased with how they turned out. Will likely be using them going forward.
This year will be our third time with Holiday Magic Studios! It is magical every visit, staff are so attentive and sweet. Everything flows very well, it’s a short and sweet visit but never feels rushed. Photo always comes out fantastic! We definitely will be back again next year.
Absolutely the best experience! We love the appointment system, especially with a newborn. Santa was kind and attentive with our overwhelmed baby, and the pictures turned out so cute. Thank you to the very sweet staff and front desk attendants, we’ll be back next year.
I have brought my fam here for the past 4 years, it has sort of become a tradition. Every year it is always a great experience the poses, even though we are in there for a short amount of time it always felt like they took their time. This year unfortunately I didn’t get the same experience, it was so hard to get a good appointment time and it felt so rushed they took a few photos where one of my daughters face wasn’t even showing it was covered up by the other kid. Years prior there were so many pictures to choose from but this year not all that great I’m not sure if it was just an off day but for $85 I would think to get a little more time and good quality pictures.
