HOLIDAY MAGIC IS AMAZING, when it comes to pictures!! Yes it's 5 mins but man you get a lot of pictures! Everyone's so sweet, especially Santa!! Santa's helpers made me smile and laugh so hard, they do such a great job! Sara's the best!! Overall loved everything and can't wait to take pics for next year!
Love this setup for Santa visits!! We've been coming here yearly since my son was a newborn such a pleasant experience and friendly staff. Idk how many there are but we've always enjoyed the Santa wearing the dark red traditional colored outfit. Sucks that there's peak pricing if you don't book early now but it's nice that they send the text messages at the beginning of the season.
They took tons of photos. Love the use of QR codes for easy checkin and digital packages. We were in and out without feeling rushed!
We had such a great experience the woman out front was very helpful and outgoing and the girls inside were great with my kids and of course Santa was so sweet and gentle also the decor inside is amazing !!! We do it every year and recommend it !!
Everyone is so kind and accommodating, wonderful experience!! To everyone who wasted hours in line at the mall, you made a MISTAKE, they are so efficient, we waited 5 minutes, it looks like your inside Santa's own personal studio and he looks like he could REALLY be santa!!!!

As the doors opened, Sarah, Jazmine, and Santa greeted us, addressing our kids by name. The visit was remarkably sweet and personalized. We were impressed by the staff's patience and understanding in interacting with our little ones, as well as their seamless communication amongst themselves. We highly recommend the experience.

LOVE going here for our family Christmas photos! This is our 3rd year with them, and the experience is always the best. The privacy of being in Santa’s workshop really makes our boys enjoy everything. Santa is so friendly and great with the kids, and the staff are truly amazing. So friendly and helpful.
