We had a great experience. We didn’t have to wait and were able to get right to pictures. Santa was friendly and interactive with the kids. We got several pictures and even some with the whole family.
Love this setup for Santa visits!! We've been coming here yearly since my son was a newborn such a pleasant experience and friendly staff. Idk how many there are but we've always enjoyed the Santa wearing the dark red traditional colored outfit. Sucks that there's peak pricing if you don't book early now but it's nice that they send the text messages at the beginning of the season.

We have been using Holiday Magic Studios for 6 years and look forward to continuing our family tradition for many years to come. When I was pregnant we had our announcement photos taken at Holiday Magic Studios to share with our loved ones. Returning the following year was so bittersweet with our son’s first visit with Santa. Over the past 6 years they are truly making magic for all who believe. With the hustle of the holiday season it is very convenient to be able to make an appointment online to guarantee your day and time to visit Santa. Extremely helpful having young children who are so eager to see him. The virtual North Pole experience watching the elves hard at work add the extra magical touch before being welcomed to visit Santa. The studio comes to life with all the toys and presents and the grand chair. Being able to sit and talk, checking the nice list or reading a story with Santa is sure to make your little one smile from ear to ear. The photographers capture the magic and smiles so beautifully with such patience and cheer. It’s hard to choose your keepsake photos so we always get the package to include them all. This is a special tradition with our family and we can’t wait to return for the magic of the holiday season watching our son light up with such joy. Staff was very friendly and great with the kids. Santa looked so authentic and the kids loved him. This is our second year coming and we will definitely be coming back again next year.
I have brought my fam here for the past 4 years, it has sort of become a tradition. Every year it is always a great experience the poses, even though we are in there for a short amount of time it always felt like they took their time. This year unfortunately I didn’t get the same experience, it was so hard to get a good appointment time and it felt so rushed they took a few photos where one of my daughters face wasn’t even showing it was covered up by the other kid. Years prior there were so many pictures to choose from but this year not all that great I’m not sure if it was just an off day but for $85 I would think to get a little more time and good quality pictures.
