Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your appointment without any extra charge through our website, as long as you do so more than 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will lose your non-refundable booking fee and will need to pay a new booking fee for the new time slot. Please remember, no refunds are given for missed appointments. If you believe you won't be able to make your appointment, we encourage you to reschedule or cancel in advance through your account on our website.

Cancellation Policy

You have the flexibility to cancel your appointment at any point via your account on our website. If your cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will forfeit your non-refundable booking fee. It's important to mention that credit card processing fees cannot be refunded for any cancellation regardless of timing. We are dedicated to meeting our customers' needs while navigating the high demand for our photo sessions. Your understanding and cooperation are sincerely appreciated.

Multiple Families Policy

Each family must secure their individual five-minute appointment slot. We do not permit "Session Sharing," which involves multiple sets of parents or guardians participating in a single session together. This rule is most commonly applicable to cousins and friends. Our on-site management team will strictly enforce this policy. In instances where multiple families attempt to share one appointment, they may be denied entry into the studio or their session will be automatically upgraded to "Package A" before they enter. If you desire photographs with another family, we advise booking two consecutive appointments. We are grateful for your cooperation and understanding!

Retakes Policy

We are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and the high quality of our products. If you encounter any defects or problems with your photos due to our team's errors or equipment malfunctions, we are more than willing to arrange a free retake session for you. Our team is dedicated to capturing your family's best moments and will make every effort to do so during your visit to our studio. However, please understand that we cannot offer retakes or refunds for issues that arise from situations we cannot control, such as crying or uncooperative family members. Late Appointments Policy

If you're running behind for your appointment, it's crucial to let our Customer Care Team know as soon as possible by calling (559) 425-4015. Due to the high demand for Holiday Magic Studios Photo Sessions, our schedule is often fully booked. To facilitate a seamless experience, we ask all customers to arrive and check in at the studio at least 5 minutes early. Given the peak holiday shopping period, please plan for extra time to park. Our team will do everything possible to accommodate late arrivals, depending on our current schedule. However, please be aware that if you fail to check in at the studio's front desk within 3 minutes of your appointment time, we cannot guarantee service for that day.

Missed Appointment Policy

Due to high demand, our 5-minute appointment slots at Holiday Magic Studios fill up quickly each day. When you book an appointment, you reserve a specific time exclusively for your family's photo session. If you do not show up, we miss the chance to offer that slot to another family. As a result, missing your appointment means you will lose your nonrefundable booking and credit card processing fees, but you may request a refund for any remaining balance. If you think you won't be able to make your scheduled time, please cancel or reschedule your appointment through our website at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. This not only makes the process easier for you but also might allow us to give your slot to another family. We truly value your understanding and cooperation, helping us accommodate as many families as we can.

If you encounter any issues with your photos due to errors made by our team or equipment malfunctions, or if your experience does not meet your expectations, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at support@holidaymagicstudios.com. Our team is dedicated to addressing and resolving your concerns to the best of their ability. Please note, however, that we cannot issue refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as crying or uncooperative family members, or for missed appointments.
